ピヴォの社屋は、6ヶ月をかけて工事をしました。 5~6人がフレキシブルに働けるように、机の配置、打ち合わせの仕方、情報交換の仕方など、グループワークに関する研究をしながら、作り上げた。 どちらかというと、無秩序で偶然的なアイデアが発生しやすいようになっている。(はず)
この春から新しいスタッフが働いているが、どちらもIT関係の出身。 これまでピヴォには無かったグループウェアという発想を持ってきた。
皆面白いアイデアを持っている! 企業運営の要は、各々のモチベーション・リソースを高めてキープする事(らしい)

ビジネス書の読み過ぎ? 結構こういう事考えているのが好きかも(takeo)

We had taken six month for the construction for Pivot’s office. I elaborate this office layout researching the group work such as the desk layout, how we communicate or the way of having a meeting etc, for 5 – 6 workers can work flexibly.
It is a kind of environment that the disordered and fortuitous idea tend to occur.(It ought to be….)
Both of the new staff who join us this spring are from IT field. They brought the idea of group ware which have never existed at Pivot.
Sharing informations, managing schedules etc by using LAN. (It seems to be….)
In the future, we are developing a original group ware as a Pivot’s new product. (It appears to be….)
Everybody has some interesting ideas!
The bottom line of the company management is to elevate the motivation resource and keep it. (It seems to be …)
Have I read the business manual too much?? It seems like that I quite like thinking about those kind of things.
